We are seeking a skilled and dependable Designer III to join the Mach team at our Tonawanda, NY office. This role is ideal for an experienced architectural professional who thrives in a production-focused environment and is ready to take on more responsibility in project delivery, coordination, and technical problem-solving. This role plays a key role in supporting project teams through advanced documentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and collaborating across disciplines.

What You’ll Do

• Produce and develop architectural drawings, models, and construction documentation in alignment with firm standards
• Complete assigned tasks on schedule and within project parameters, improving efficiency and organization over time
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and consultants to support coordination and project delivery
• Assist with technical documentation, including plans, sections, details, and integration of consultant information
• Communicate progress, questions, and issues clearly to support team workflow and project success
• Continue building technical skills, design awareness, and increasing responsibility within project teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in an architectural or design practice
• Professional degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in BIM and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning

The starting hourly rate for this position is $26.50 to $29.75.
