Requirements:
• Ability to draft discovery responses/demands
• Personal Injury Experience (Plaintiff preferred, will consider defense experience) • Draft legal correspondence, pleadings, summons/complaints, subpoenas, etc.
• E-Filing experience via NYSCEF
• Schedule depositions, court appearances, client conferences, etc.
• Calendar management with strict adherence to deadlines
• Order, follow-up and organize medical records
• File management
• No Fault experience.
Must have a solid understanding of and experience in the litigation process of personal injury cases.
